The TOC2TOA tool enables to link top-of-canopy (TOC) reflectance with atmospheric transfer functions to upscale TOC reflectance towards top-of-atmosphere (TOA) radiance assuming a Lambertian surface. This tool provides the link between ARTMO and the Atmospheric LUT generator (ALG) tool. The TOC2TOA tool can be used for both processing of LUT data or for adding an atmosphere to an image.
