The Atmospheric LUT Generator (ALG) is a tool that permits generating datasets of atmospheric transfer functions from the execution of atmospheric RTMs (e.g., MODTRAN, 6SV) and the OPAC aerosol database. In combination with ARTMO, ALG allows users to generate top-of-atmosphere radiance when coupled with surface RTMs.
The here presented Decomposition and Analysis of Time Series software (DATimeS) expands established time series interpolation methods with a diversity of advanced machine learning fitting algorithms (e.g., Gaussian Process Regression: GPR) particularly effective for the reconstruction and quantification of multiple-seasons vegetation temporal patterns.
